We will deliver within the time frame specified on your order. Our driver will knock or ring the door bell and wait ten minutes. Due to the perishable nature of our menu items, if no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver will return the items to our store at #11-148 Colonnade Road South, Nepean. We will contact you to arrange alternate arrangements for collecting your order. There may be an additional charge if you require a second delivery attempt.
LAST MINUTE CHEF SELECTIONS
Chef prepared, made in-house, delicious Last Minute Chef selections are available in generous family size or individual portions. Each selection is freshly prepared and frozen to lock in the flavor.
Simply thaw and reheat on the day you wish to enjoy.
Take Another Bite takes great pride in the preparation of menu items for our guests. In situations where the availability of food items is beyond out control, we may substitute food items of equal value at the discretion of our Chef and with customer knowledge.
GLUTEN FREE & DIETARY SENSITIVITIES
Take Another Bite is sensitive to the dietary needs and concerns of our guests and we are happy to provide gluten free foods upon request. However, we unfortunately cannot ensure that cross contamination of ingredients does not occur in our kitchen. All our foods are prepared in a kitchen that contains wheat, milk, soy, tree nuts, peanuts and seeds.
During our gluten free preparation process we only use gluten free items, please be aware that food items may come into contact with wheat and/or gluten. Because of this, we do not recommend consumption of our gluten free foods by those with celiac disease.
All food is sold and/or delivered with Ottawa Public Health food safety guidelines. After three hours at room temperature, please ensure left over food is refrigerated or discarded.
The minimum order is $30.00.

If an order is terminated within thirty (30) days of the scheduled event, Take Another Bite shall be entitled to retain twenty-five percent (25%) of the deposit and seek any additional expenditures to date, including but not limited to labour, special orders, rentals, and/or proposals costs.
If an order is terminated within fourteen (14) days of the event Take Another Bite shall be entitled to retain any deposit paid and seek any additional losses including but not limited to labour, special orders, rentals and/or proposals costs.If an order is terminated within 48 hours of the event, Take Another Bite shall be entitled to retain 50% of the value of the invoice.Order terminations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund.Should the order be cancelled by Take Another Bite, Take Another Bite will fully refund any deposit within ten (10) days of the date of cancellation. If event is within thirty (30) days, Take Another Bite will reimburse or pay to Client the invoiced difference in costs and expenses that have been incurred by the Client paid to an alternative provider or providers based upon the total proposal bid.Client shall make reasonable efforts to mitigate damages and obtain substantially similar services. The caters responsibility is limited to items covered in the last accepted proposal by Client. Any additional items are at Client’s expense.
