Menu options include:

CHOOSE ONE APPETIZER EACH 

Choose one appetizer each: 

Cauliflower Bisque (v / lc) (gf – without croutons) 

  • Cauliflower, Yukon Gold potatoes, fresh thyme, vegetable stock, cream, served with parmesan focaccia croutons, pomegranate seeds, chives  

 OR 

Layered Chicken Terrine (lf / lc) (gf – without crostini) 

  • Chicken, pork, bacon, apricots, pistachios, brandy, sage, orange, served with balsamic onion jam, black pepper crostini, cornichon, pickled vegetables 

 OR 

Whipped Feta Dip (v / lc) (gf – without pita chips) 

  • Creamy Canadian feta, sour cream, yogurt, garlic, lemon, topped with tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper, red onion, Kalamata olives, dill, olive oil. Spiced pita chips.

Beef Wellington 

  • Bacon wrapped beef medallions, mushroom duxelles, sautéed spinach, butter puff pastry

Seafood Vol au Vent 

  • Shrimp, scallops, lobster, cognac, white wine, cream, puff pastry shell

Chicken Roulade (gf) 

  • Boneless chicken, asparagus, sun dried tomatoes, brie, rosemary, white wine cream sauce

Tomato Risotto (gf / v) 

  • Creamy arborio rice, slow-roasted grape tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, tomato broth 

Each main course is served with olive oil lemon herb mashed potatoes, steamed green vegetables, artisan demi baguette
